Learn how an entrepreneur can establish and operate multiple business activities systematically while keeping personal intervention to a minimum.

Using practical business examples, students explore business models, processes, documentation, delegation, standard operating procedures, accounting systems, technology and monitoring systems.

4. Career Counseling & Career Planning

Explore different career possibilities and learn how to make informed career decisions.

Students examine education, employment, entrepreneurship, freelancing and skill-based careers. The course helps students identify their interests, abilities and goals, compare career paths and develop a practical career plan.

Explore practical case studies showing how people can develop additional sources of income alongside their primary employment or business.

Students study different models such as digital products, educational content, online platforms, intellectual property, services, e-commerce and other income-generating activities.

The emphasis is on understanding how income models work, the effort involved, risks, costs and the difference between active, recurring and potentially scalable income.

Focus: Build additional income streams without assuming that “passive income” means effortless income.

7. Character & Personality Development Through Indian Stories

Learn values, decision-making, relationships, leadership and personal conduct through stories and lessons drawn from the Bhagavad Gita, Puranas and Panchatantra.

Rather than simply studying the stories, students discuss the situations, choices, consequences and practical lessons that can be applied to modern personal and professional life.

Focus: Character, self-discipline, responsibility, wisdom and interpersonal skills.

8. Explore 9-to-5 Jobs & Employer–Employee Relationships

Focus: Think independently, accept responsibility and make informed decisions.

13. Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Being Your Own Boss

Learn what it means to create and operate a business rather than simply hold a job.

Topics include identifying opportunities, creating a business model, customers, pricing, operations, delegation, financial discipline, problem-solving, leadership and managing people.

Focus: Build the mindset and practical skills required to lead an enterprise.
