This agreement is valid for one year from the date on which agreement was made.

1. Scope of Services
The Instructor agrees to provide online tutoring or computer training services to the Client as follows:

• Subject Tutoring (for students): This includes online sessions for [specify subject(s), e.g., Math, Science, English, Kannada], following a structured syllabus and practice work as per the needs of the student.
• Computer Course (for degree students): Instruction on selected topics, including document preparation, presentations, programming (C, Java, Python), 2D animation,
• Career guidance.

2. Schedule and Duration

• For Subject Tutoring: Classes will be held Monday through Friday, between _____________ [specify time range, e.g., 4 PM - 5 PM, 5PM - 6 PM, 6 PM – 7 PM IST].
• For Computer Courses: Class schedules will be determined based on module requirements and mutual availability.
• Session Length: Each session will last approximately ___60____ minutes.

3. Fees and Payment

• Monthly Fees:
• Rs. 4000 per month for Math and science tutoring (1st to 6th std). Rs. 5000 per month for Math and science tutoring (7th to 10th std)
• Rs. 3500 per month for other subjects (English, Kannada).
• Computer courses may be billed separately based on the module; rates will be discussed and confirmed before course commencement.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due on or before the first session of each month.

4. Responsibilities of the Instructor

• The instructor will prepare course materials, deliver sessions on time, and provide personalized instruction to meet the student’s learning goals.
• The instructor agrees to maintain open communication regarding the student's progress and any areas for improvement.
• The instructor is responsible for using reliable online teaching tools and ensuring class sessions are conducted in a professional manner.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

• The Client agrees to ensure the student attends classes on time and is prepared to engage in lessons.
• The Client is responsible for timely payment of fees and providing any necessary materials or software required by the student for course participation.
• The Client agrees to provide feedback or discuss any concerns regarding the student's progress.

6. Term and Termination
This agreement shall be in effect from the date above and continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written message notice to the other party.

7. Limitation of Liability
The instructor makes no guarantees about academic performance improvements. Instructor can terminate the students from the course immediately upon any health issues faced by instructor. Instructor will not refund any fees, if student leaves the course in between or if they are terminated in between the course. School homework of students will not be encouraged to be completed during online tuition timings.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.

9. Signatures
Both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Annexure

Instruction to both parents and students 

Studying is not just for the sake of exams but to understand the concepts better is the motto of this tuition centre.

I will not take responsibility to complete all their homework from the tuition centre as the time is limited and it has to be done at home.

I will only help them understand the concepts better so they can do their homework themselves.

Students can do selective homework at tuition under the instructor's guidance.

Students must behave well at online tuition and give respect to elders and instructors at tuition.  

Students and parents must adjust to the tuition environment, any rude and misbehaviour will lead to cancellation of the course immediately without due notice.

They need to complete homework assigned to them at online tuition from home and bring it to the next online class.

Parents should take the responsibility to address the issues that arise at tuition when the instructor informs them about their kids immediately and find resolution and solutions to those issues or problems. They should take action and inform kids not to behave rudely or complete the assignment on time and obey the instructions given to them by the instructor (Respect the instructor).

Students should update the instructor about what they are doing in the school regarding the lessons, competition, holidays, unit tests, exams and homework.

Tuition timing will be exactly for one hour.

Follow the tuition timetable and its timings. 

For online class be ready with all the textbook, class work and notes kept by side before attending online class.

Prior to admission to school or tuition, parents have to give all the subjects textbooks on any one of the days, usually Saturday and Sunday because I need to scan them to prepare worksheets and prepare lesson plans for the upcoming tuition classes.

Instructions to students

Be ready with a separate tuition notebook to do drill work and practice.

Be ready with a Pencil, rubber, coloured crayons, geometry box, mender/sharpener, and pen daily.

Come to the online tuition class 5 minutes early.

Daily give your attendance without fail.

Each day you have to bring a dairy in which you have noted down your homework to online tuition.

Follow the online tuition class timetable given to you in the calendar slip.

After online tuition class, complete the drill work assigned to you in the tuition at home, before coming to the next class.

Inform the online tuition teacher what chapters are your class teacher doing daily.

Wear a coloured dress, and do not wear a school uniform to online tuition class.

Tuition classes are held for exactly 1 hour every day, so be on time for class and leave on time from class.

Come to class regularly and be punctual to the online tuition class.

Assistance will be provided on how to do homework, but all homework has to be completed at home only.

Rules and Regulation

Students should be polite, punctual, and regular.

Students should complete all homework given to them on time and attend all tests.

Students should attend online classes at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

Students should be ready with all necessary stationery materials and text/workbooks.

Admission cannot be cancelled in between a term. Notice should be given one month before cancelling admission.

The fee should be paid (Post paid) after one month. The fee is calculated on a monthly basis depending on the number of lessons. Late payments may attract a penalty.

Fee once paid cannot be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Fees can be paid only online; I do not take cash.

Fees will be charged for absent sessions, as this time is exclusively given to you and we will not be able to accommodate other students at this time.

Parents can discuss the progress of their wards every month by prior appointment.

Serious Indiscipline will result in cancellation of admission without refund.

Students must not remain absent without satisfactory Reasons. In every case, a letter from the parents/ Guardian must be Submitted on the day the pupil rejoins.

Alternatively, you can send me a message on WhatsApp/email prior to taking leave from tuition.

Regarding fees

I take monthly fees (post payment) per subject per month. On every next month within first week, you need to pay the Tuition fees without fail. If fees are not paid then students need to discontinue the course from next month onwards.

The instructor will provide suitable tuition timings based on available slots.
