Online Instructions: 

Every day before class starts you have to say good evening, madam without fail. Be ready for the class by keeping all necessary stationery items, books, and bags beside you.

Ask permission from me if you are moving away from the sight of camera. You have to obey my words and do not argue or give back answers.

You have to be patient and maintain discipline when the class is going on.

Each day before class starts you have to give inputs on what has happened in the class regarding the subject you have opted at tuition.

At tuition I would have prepared notes and material from which I will teach according to the textbook.

Students should clarify the doubts and questions at beginning or end of the class, not during the class or in between the class. Students should not interrupt between when teacher is speaking.

Each day I will ask you to do previous class questions and problems on your own and show the answer.

If you cannot do it then I will teach them once again and proceed with a new topic for that day. and this procedure continues each day.

I will not do your homework at tuition, but if you have any problems and questions, I will clear those doubts. Knowledge is vast and I will refer the internet or book and guide you.

Thus, you will be guided properly, accurately with clarity. We can use technology and verify the answer is correct or not for assurance that we are moving in right direction. You should be comfortable with this method of teaching at tuition.

School approach of teaching is different and the tuition approach of teaching is different. Because In school you will explore or come across new topics for the first time so their method of teaching will be different. At tuition you will be aware of the topic which is already done at school, so only doubts will be clarified at tuition regarding that topic. I may do it once again or revision will be done for that topic.

Finally, you should be able to do the problem yourself and without seeing. There will be many ways to solve a single problem, your teacher might teach in different methods and I try to solve it in different methods, but I follow the textbook only.

If your teacher taught you with a shortcut or simple method, at that time you should show me your classwork or tell me to use the same method that the teacher has taught you in class. because in exams she will give you marks for only you do what she has taught you in class.

You should be regular to class to be successful and score good marks in your exam. You should keep a separate tuition book. Give you textbooks for scanning on Saturday and Sunday.

Sunday evening or Monday morning you can take back the book from me. I use soft copy to teach you online.

You should not lie to teacher and inform what is done at tuition to your parents on daily basis if parents ask you to do so. If parents are busy, keep a diary and note down what is done each day at tuition for your reference and reflection.

Everyone has tendency to forget, Do you remember what you ate 1st day of previous month, no!. Similarly, students have tendency to forget what they read once. So, you should know techniques to revise everything quickly before exam, so you can recall during exam everything and score good

 

marks. After you go to next class you need some space in memory to store new topics, as a result of natural process you will forget some old topics to accommodate new topics.

But that should not matter as I am not writing exams for you. You have to remember and recall what I have taught you by putting your own efforts apart from what has been taught at tuition. So, at end you score good marks then that credit goes to you 80% and 20% for teachers like me. So, you should be inspired and motivated to take the advantage of tuition also to improve your scores. Without your effort only attending tuition is of no use. Make use of this opportunity properly.

Similarly, I am your instructor who reads many topics only once or twice so even I have tendency to forget like you. Knowledge is vast, so there is no wrong in using technology and verifying our answers from internet.

But sometimes there are wrong information on internet also due to human making mistakes while putting the information on websites. So, you should not totally dependent on internet and take the guidance of teachers. Due to advancement in technology, though younger generation students are sharp and bright than previous generation teachers who are elder and degree holders have learnt more than you and will have experience more than students. So, it is students’ responsibility to

respect the elders and listen to them without arguing and giving back answers is not encouraged.

Students should speak politely to teachers; Students should not shout or talk wrongly about teacher during the teacher’s absence also. Teachers are always telling right things in kind manner to students benefit only.

Attendance will be taken daily and the report will be shared with your parents monthly. I also give feedback about your behavior and share your performance results with your parents end of every month. All the best. We will start the class with these instructions.
