1. Scope of Services

The Instructor agrees to provide online tutoring or computer training services to the Client as follows:

• Subject Tutoring (for students): This includes online sessions for [specify subject(s), e.g., Math, Science, English, Kannada], following a structured syllabus and practice work as per the needs of the student.

• Computer Course (for degree students): Instruction on selected topics, including document preparation, presentations, programming (C, Java, Python), 2D animation, and career guidance.

2. Schedule and Duration

• For Subject Tutoring: Classes will be held Monday through Friday, between [specify time range, e.g., 4 PM - 6 PM IST].

• For Computer Courses: Class schedules will be determined based on module requirements and mutual availability.

3. Fees and Payment

• Monthly Fees:

4. Responsibilities of the Instructor

• The Instructor will prepare course materials, deliver sessions on time, and provide personalized instruction to meet the student’s learning goals.

• The Instructor agrees to maintain open communication regarding the student's progress and any areas for improvement.

• The Instructor is responsible for using reliable online teaching tools and ensuring class sessions are conducted in a professional manner.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

• The Client agrees to ensure the student attends classes on time and is prepared to engage in lessons.

• The Client is responsible for timely payment of fees and providing any necessary materials or software required by the student for course participation.

• The Client agrees to provide feedback or discuss any concerns regarding the student's progress.

6. Term and Termination

This agreement shall be in effect from the date above and continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing at least 14 days’ written notice to the other party.

7. Limitation of Liability

The instructor makes no guarantees about academic performance improvements. Instructor can terminate the students from the course immediately upon health issues faced by instructor. Instructor will not refund any fees.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.

10. Signatures

Both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
